First, Michael Ratner has an update on Julian Assange. Then, earlier this summer renowned First Amendment and civil rights attorney Martin Garbus talked about joining the Cuban Five's legal defense team. He’s back to talk about the affidavit he filed in the Miami Federal District Court based on US government misconduct of paying Miami journalists during the Cuban Five's prosecution 14 years ago.  The affidavit supports Cuban Five defendant Gerardo Hern ndez' habeas corpus appeal and seeks the overturning of his wrongful conviction.
