Glenn Evans as he focuses on famed Northwest poet Madeline DeFrees.   Born November 18, 1919 in Ontario, Oregon, Ms DeFrees spent the years 1936 to 1973 as Sister Mary Gilbert in the Sisters of The Holy Names of Jesus and Mary. She earned her English BA from Marylhurst, and her Journalism MA from the University of Oregon, has taught extensively around the United States, and is currently lecturing at the Whidbey Writers Workshop.  Don't miss this experience !
