[1] The annual meeting will include the election of 3 new members to the KSER Foundation Board of Directors. For biographies of the candidate for each board position, click here [2].

All KSER members are eligible to participate in the election.  A member is anyone who has either:

• contributed $35 or more 12 months prior to the annual meeting, or 

• contributed at least 30 hours of volunteer time within 12 months of the annual meeting. 

2011 ballots will be mailed on July 11. If you are a member and do not receive a ballot in the mail by July 25, pick up one at the station during normal business hours.

All ballots must be received by 4:00 PM, August 8th at:

Ballots will not be accepted at the KSER studios until the start of the annual meeting at 7pm, August 9th.

Please note:

• To be counted, all ballots – regardless if they are delivered in person or mailed – must be completed and enclosed in the yellow ballot return envelope. The yellow ballot return envelope must be signed and dated by the eligible member.
• If you are mailing your ballot, be sure to place a stamp on the yellow ballot return envelope.
