Fundamentals
The KSER Foundation is an independent 501 (c)3 non-profit foundation governed by a Board of Directors elected annually by our donor/members.
We are licensed by the FCC to operate an educational, non-commercial radio service for listeners in Everett and the surrounding communities of Snohomish, Island, Jefferson, and North King counties.
Our purpose is to advance the common good in our community through public radio and other services dedicated to arts, ideas and civic engagement.
