KSER Foundation Board to Vote On Bylaws Change
The KSER Foundation's Board of Directors will be voting on proposed changes to the bylaws at the June 12 board meeting.
The first proposed change will remove the specific title reference of General Manager and use generic language instead, allowing the board to update position titles as needed.
The second proposed change will delete the word “may.” The selection of the manager is not an option; it is, in fact, a responsibility of the Board or Directors. The new language better reflects this fact.
The proposed revision is to Section 8 of the By-Laws and reads as follows:
