Lisa Utter

Lisa is a longtime resident of Snohomish County, policy wonk, transit advocate, former city council person, and Community Transit board member who strongly believes that the airwaves belong to the public and should serve the public. She convinced her husband to move to Seattle in 1987 by reading him northwest classics “Skid Road” and “Island in the Sound.” She loves the rain, the much-maligned blackberries, and all the reasons people make fun of the Northwest culture.
