Michelle Dietz

Michelle brings more than 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience to the KSER board. She is the Principal Consultant at Sustainable Futures Development & Grants, LLC, where she supports affordable housing, arts, and human service nonprofits with strategic planning, project development, and grant writing. She also serves as Grant Writer for Quilceda Community Services, advancing housing and supportive services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Michelle has recently ventured into film, serving as executive producer and creator of a vertical series of short human rights films.  She also is a member of Zonta International and a graduate of Leadership Snohomish and Leadership Skagit. She believes community radio is essential to a thriving, informed community. It amplifies diverse voices, introduces listeners to new music, and exposes people to both local and national issues and culture.
