Stephen Ward

Steve Ward's career in music began with stints at several Seattle area radio stations, including KZAM and KEZX. Following that he entered the in-store music industry, creating music programs in hundreds of styles for diverse businesses in all vertical markets, from retail to fast food to hospitality. As Director of Satellite Broadcast for Muzak LLP in Seattle, he and his team created 60 satellite-delivered music channels, 30 of which served Dish Network. At PlayNetwork in Redmond, WA, he was responsible for business analysis, customer relations and programming operations. At KSER, Steve manages the daily operations and coordinates with our diverse group of volunteers. Steve is the proud owner of a 1919 Victrola phonograph, numerous antique radios (some working, some not), a rock poster collection and various manual typewriters.
