Ross Coen

Ross Coen teaches history at the University of Washington. When he’s not grading papers, Dr. Ross, as he’s known to his students, enjoys cooking, hiking, bicycling, mixing cocktails, watching spy movies, and going to Broadway shows with his wife, Jessica. Ross lived in Fairbanks, Alaska, for twenty-five years where he hosted late-night music shows on KUAC, the local NPR affiliate. An Everett resident since 2022, he’s thrilled to now be a part of the KSER family. Ross and Jessica live in Riverside with their dog, Lucy.
