Noel Williams

Noel Williams is a retired City of Lynnwood Civil Engineer who lives in Lynnwood with his wife and a garden full of birds and squirrels. He has been a volunteer at KSER since 1995. He enjoys listening to music while working in his very large yard, as well as traveling, especially cruising.
