Hey how about having Cailean give a free boot camp to show us the basics of training, so we can understand how to do the drills he talks about.
Maybe he could give us a daily training program over the radio show that we can do later, break,lunch, or when we get home, Or may be he could post it so we can look it up when we are ready to workout, including all the different area of our bodies we want to work on. We could down load it and have Cailean right with us, kool
