THIS WEEK:  A Good American. A new film by Austrian director Freidrich Moser, "A Good American," tells the story of the mathematician many consider the best code-breaker the US ever had and how he and a small team within the NSA created ThinThread, a highly effective computer surveillance program.

THIS WEEK:  Buying The Farm. This week's guest, author Dean Kuipers, explores how farms get the money they need to grow the food we eat. In his recently published Orion magazine article, "Buying the Farm," Kuipers picks apart the financial landscape of agriculture and compares financing for big agri-business versus smaller sustainable farming.
