coffee and heart disease

On last Thursday's program you talked about research that showed 3 cups of coffee was associated with lower heart disease than 1 cup. Perhaps this is because people who drink 3 cups of coffee per day are more active. And activity level influences heart health more than coffee.

Do you have any

Do you have any recommendations for hypothyroid treatment? I am currently on a low dosage prescription treatment for it. Are there natural ways to treat this?
